OUR WORKING METHOD
Collecting the products on-site
We collect all used, dull, or damaged drills and milling cutters directly from the customer. This takes place at agreed intervals, without requiring any time or logistics effort from the customer. The result: no production downtime due to missing tools, less internal handling, and a fast, reliable service that requires no additional organization.
Cleaning, inspection, and sorting
All tools are professionally cleaned. This is followed by a technical inspection in which we check for wear, micro-cracks, runout, and dimensional accuracy. Afterwards, the drills and cutters are sorted by type and machining application. This process ensures each tool is ready for precise tool regrinding or further treatment.
Regrinding and conserving
Using advanced (CNC) grinding machines, the drills are reground according to factory specifications or customer requirements. We optimize cutting-edge geometry, chip angle, and, if needed, coating. After regrinding, each tool is preserved to extend its lifespan and maintain consistent performance. This ensures high-quality results for solid carbide drill regrinding and milling cutter refurbishment.
Packaging the measurement report
Every shipment can be supplied with a clear measurement and quality report. This document shows exactly what has been reground, measured, and corrected, including a full quality guarantee. It provides complete transparency on tool condition and performance, ideal for internal audits or ISO processes.
Returning the products
The tools are neatly, safely, and professionally packaged and delivered back in Drillmasters crates. The customer receives a complete, ready-to-use set that can go straight into production. No additional sorting or preparation is needed, ensuring a smoother workflow and consistent production continuity thanks to reliable, on-time delivery.
